Returns/Refund Policy
Do to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
All sales are final, Semen is not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.

Semen and Embryo Shipping Policy
Animal Semen/Embryos are shipped at the risk of the recipient.
• Semen is shipped ground via UPS to the address provided by you during your checkout.
• We can only ship to domestic US addresses at this time.
• California, Oregon, and Washington residents please call before ordering.
• Please call for info on CSS Eligible Export bull semen.
• We are not responsible for addresses entered in incorrectly.
• ShowMe Genetic Services does not accept any liability for semen/embryos lost or damaged during shipping.
• Semen and Retail items will be shipped separately.
• ShowMe Genetic Services and UPS do not guarantee delivery dates nor do we insure shipments.
• If the semen/embryos need to be expedited (next day or 2nd day services) please call the office at 417-736-2125 before you place your order.
• Semen/Embryos are shipped in a VAPOR shipper.
• The liquid is absorbed inside the tank. You will see little or no liquid in the tank.
• This is NOT a storage tank!
When your receive your shipment, check for accuracy of content immediately:
1. Remove semen/embryos and immediately transfer to a liquid tank.
2. Do not use this tank to breed out of- the nitrogen holding time is too short!
3. Check cane code on tabs and quantity with enclosed packing slip and confirm you received your correct order. In caseof error, contact us immediately. ShowMe Genetic Services is NOT responsible for semen used due to a packing error. Do not wait until breeding day to check cane codes and quantity!
To return your tank:
1. Please follow instructions above and remove semen/embryos and transfer to
your liqui-d tank immediately.
2. A call tag will be issued through the UPS system alerting the driver to pick up the shipper tank. (No return label is needed.) It should be picked up in 2-3 days. If it has not been picked up in 5 days, please contact us.
3. Please use the zip ties provided to seal the tank before it is returned.
4. Please place tank (closed and latched in protective shipper carton) outside
where your driver normally makes drop offs (i.e. porch, by door, in front of garage/barn)
that way they can easily locate it when they come to pick it up.
